Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours advanced notice when cancelling or rescheduling and appointment. Failure to comply with this policy will result in an immediate fee of 50% of the booked service. Refunds or credits can be issued on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Hive member. Chronic no shows or cancelations will require a non-refundable deposit to schedule future appointments or be converted to a walk-in only scenario for 3 consecutive appointments without disruption.

We always recommend a free color consultation prior to booking new services. We also require a 50% deposit for corrective or fashion colors.

*Revo would ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule that you kindly provide us with 24 hours notice, failure to do so could result in loss of deposit, an additional service fee or being limited to a walk in only booking status.

*Revo stylist reserve the right to make acceptations to the cancelation policy as all cases are unique.

*If for ANY reason a stylist does not meet your expectations we encourage our clients to speak directly with their stylist to resolve the perceived challenges and come to a mutual solution. In the case that satisfaction is not achieved we recommend mediation with the salon owner.

*Revo does not issue cash refunds or cover expenses of services rendered at another salon without following our protocols above, our main objective is to achieve the desired result without any incumbrances or interference caused by outside sources.
